We chose Willow for our day-of wedding coordination and what an excellent decision that was. They met with us three times before the wedding to help guide us through our vision of the wedding and how it would look. They were very kind and courteous, and had some wonderful insights that they shared with us. Our theme was vintage, quirky and simple. They accommodated us wonderfully. Leading up to the day of the wedding, they called all the vendors for use to ensure that everything ran smoothly. On wedding day they hustled and bustled all over the venue getting things in order. We brought some flowers and greenery with us and they whipped it into a beautiful arrangement for the altar. They kept the vendors coordinated and ensured that things happened when they were supposed to. Any problems that arose were either handled by Willow without bothering the bride and groom or, if it was unclear what the resolution should be, they explained the issue quickly and offered ideas for a solution. The icing on the cake: I brought some Tupperware with me for the night of the wedding, but forgot it in the cabin. Willow, however, had already thought of this, having brought with them a picnic basket full of Tupperware, which they filled with wedding food for us to snack on later that evening. Their experience, insights, and professionalism were invaluable to us. We were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Willow to anyone.
